To lead, monitor, guide & supervise a sales team to ensure achieving target sales & collection

Systematically visit clients as per plan to solicit business & monitoring team member sales calls for same purpose.

Identifying prospective business & follow up same for materialization.

Weekly & monthly report preparation.

Regular & systematic credit follow up

Collecting & updating Competition information & suggest strategy to management to counter same.

Demand forecasting

Sales Budgeting, monitoring & policy formulating.
